• Each individual may only hold One Account per person. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.

Blockdag follows international KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before making your first withdrawal.
• For any single transaction involving a deposit or withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.
• Blockdag may request verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

• National ID Card (NID) — scanned copies of both sides.
• Passport — scanned copy of the first page.
• Driving license — government-issued.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your documents. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits on blockdag can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Maximum Daily Deposit: Determined by account tier.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Deposits made using a third party's name or payment method are not permitted.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact your bank or MFS provider and notify our support team.

The following rules are strictly enforced by blockdag for all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours are processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

• Cashback bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified rollover requirement must be met first.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on blockdag:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, blockdag reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In a parlay bet, if one event is cancelled, the odds will be recalculated accordingly.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on blockdag and will result in permanent account closure:

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee profit by placing opposing bets across multiple platforms.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts held by the same person.
• Software Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
